Thriving people, thriving workplaces.

A Practical, People-First Approach to Thriving at Work

Today’s workplaces are fast-paced, high-pressure, and often energy-draining.

When stress and fatigue accumulate, wellbeing declines — and so does the quality of how we work together.

The Thrive @ Work Series is built on a simple truth: when people are supported, workplaces thrive. Designed for individuals and organisations alike, this series delivers practical, science-backed sessions that help people feel better, think more clearly, and connect more meaningfully at work.

Each one-hour session fits seamlessly into the workday and offers tools participants can use immediately — whether they’re attending on their own or as part of a wider workplace initiative.

If This Feels Familiar, This Is for You

Many of us enter the new year already depleted.
Rushing from one pressure cycle to the next.
Trying to perform from a nervous system that never truly stands down.

When this becomes the norm, clarity drops, connection frays, and work starts to feel harder than it needs to.

Thrive @ Work is for you if you want to feel more energised, focused, and connected at work — and for organisations that want to invest in the wellbeing and capacity of their people.

Whether you’re joining as an individual or bringing this into your workplace, the series meets you right where you are and offers practical tools you can use immediately to feel clearer, calmer, and more supported at work.

What Becomes Possible...

Through the Thrive @ Work Series, you develop skills that support how you feel, think, and relate at work — not just what you do.

✔ Greater emotional regulation under pressure

✔ Improved clarity, focus, and mental capacity

✔ More grounded, effective communication

✔ Increased resilience in fast-paced environments

✔ Better sleep and recovery

✔ Practical tools you can use daily — in minutes

For organisations, these individual shifts create healthier, more regulated, and more connected teams.

Coherence@Work

Wednesday, 18 February 2026

Reset your system and build capacity from the inside out

Many people begin the year with good intentions — but an overloaded nervous system. When pressure builds, thinking narrows, emotions become harder to regulate, and even simple tasks can feel effortful.

This session supports you to reset your internal state so you can think more clearly, respond rather than react, and work with greater ease and capacity throughout the day.

In this session, you’ll explore and practice:

  • What coherence feels like in your own body, and why it supports sustainable performance

  • How stress patterns show up for you and affect focus, decisions, and interactions

  • A simple, repeatable coherence practice you can use anytime

  • Micro-resets you can use during the workday to shift out of reactivity and back into clarity

Outcome: You leave with a felt sense of greater calm and clarity, along with practical tools you can use independently to reset your state and bring your best self to each task and interaction.

Mindset@Work

Wednesday, 25 February 2026

Shift the patterns that shape how you think, respond, and work

High-performance mindset isn’t just about positive thinking. It’s about understanding — and interrupting — the habitual patterns that drive stress, reactivity, and self-doubt.

Under pressure, micro-stressors can quickly trigger automatic reactions before you even realise it’s happening. This session helps you recognise those patterns early and shift your state in real time, before the old mindset shapes behaviour, communication, and outcomes.

In this session, you’ll explore and practice:

  • The neuroscience behind mindset and emotional patterns

  • How micro-stressors create automatic reactions throughout the workday

  • How to shift your mindset in the moment — before it drives behaviour

  • Practical tools to build a more grounded, focused, and resilient way of working

Outcome: You leave with greater awareness of your internal patterns and practical tools to move out of default patterns and respond with intention.

Communication@Work

Wednesday, 4 March 2026

Build trust, understanding, and more intentional communication

Communication is shaped not just by what you say, but by the state you’re in when you say it. When you’re under pressure, tired, or overloaded, even simple conversations can feel harder than they need to, and misunderstandings can arise quickly.

This session helps you understand how your internal state shapes the way you listen, speak, and interpret others. You’re supported to shift out of reactivity and communicate from a more grounded, regulated place — especially in challenging or high-stakes moments.

Participants will learn:

  • How nervous-system state influences tone, listening, and interpretation

  • Tools to reduce reactivity and support psychological safety

  • Simple practices to prepare for difficult or high-stakes conversations

  • How to communicate with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence

Outcome: You leave with practical tools to communicate more effectively and authentically — even under pressure — strengthening connection, trust, and productive communication both individually and within teams.

Presence@Work

Wednesday, 11 March 2026

Work with greater awareness, focus, and intention

Your ability to focus and be present has more impact on how you work than any time-management strategy ever will. When attention is scattered and energy is depleted, productivity drops — even when you’re working harder.

This session supports you to work with your energy, attention, and natural rhythms, so you can stay engaged, effective, and connected throughout the day. Rather than pushing through distraction or overload, you learn how to return to presence in a way that feels sustainable and realistic.

In this session, you’ll explore and practice:

  • Why presence acts as a powerful multiplier for performance and effectiveness

  • How energy cycles influence focus, engagement, and productivity

  • Practical tools to reduce mental clutter and support sustained attention

  • Simple techniques to bring calm, clarity, and presence back to the moment

Outcome: Participants walk away with strategies to reduce overwhelm and maximise their effectiveness — without working harder.

Sleep@Work

Wednesday, 18 March 2026

Support recovery so you can function at your best

Sleep is one of the most powerful performance tools available — yet many of us are operating in a chronic state of sleep debt. When stress keeps the nervous system switched on, rest becomes shallow, recovery suffers, and energy gradually erodes.

This session reframes sleep as a performance advantage rather than a luxury. You’re supported to understand how stress disrupts sleep and how nervous-system regulation — including coherence — can help prepare the body for deeper, more restorative rest.

In this session, you’ll explore and practice:

  • Why stress disrupts sleep — and how to break the cycle

  • How to use coherence to prepare your body for rest

  • Sleep-supportive habits that improve recovery and daytime energy

  • Practical strategies that set you up for better sleep at night

Outcome: You leave with practical tools to restore energy, reduce fatigue, and support better sleep — allowing you to show up to work with renewed capacity, clarity, and steadiness.
