I know what it feels like to live on autopilot.
For years, I was the do-it-all person — juggling career, family, and the endless list of expectations. From the outside, it looked like I had it all together. Inside, I was exhausted, burnt out, and caught in groundhog day.
What I discovered, both through my own personal journey and over 17 years as a Clinical Psychologist, is that the real path forward isn’t about pushing harder or just learning how to cope with it all.
