You’ll begin tracking your sleep with a diary to identify your personal patterns and set a baseline for change.

Learn how stress hijacks your nervous system and blocks sleep — and how to switch it off. Through heart–brain coherence practices, you’ll retrain your body to feel safe, calm your nervous system, and reset your baseline for easier sleep.

In this module, you’ll learn proven behavioural strategies — from stimulus control and sleep restriction to wind-down routines and environment resets — to break the cycle. You’ll design small, practical experiments to retrain your body and brain for deeper, more restorative nights.

Racing thoughts, worry, and perfectionism about sleep can keep you wide awake. In this session, you’ll learn how to reframe unhelpful beliefs, release rumination, and use mental rehearsal to prime your brain for better nights. You will develop your own toolbox for calming your mind and creating a sleep-supportive mindset.

How you manage energy and emotions during the day directly shapes how well you sleep at night. This session shows you how to regulate stress, tap into renewing emotions, and use practical tools to reset. You’ll strengthen your ability to recover from setbacks and create the conditions for both daytime vitality and night-time rest.

In this final module, you’ll integrate everything you’ve learned into a personal sleep blueprint, explore compassionate approaches to setbacks, and design your long-term reset plan.
